How to Register On-site
You will find the QR code for on-site registration in the Registration Area. Please fill out the form and pay the registration fee at the Registration Booth.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of Attendance for 31st TCTAP 2026 will be distributed along with the badge. Please check the back of your badge when you collect your badge on-site.

- International Fellows currently training in Korea are eligible for free registration.
To register on-site, please ensure that you bring and submit all the following documents to the registration booth to verify your current training status in Korea. Without proper verification, free registration is not available.- ➀ Acceptance letter from the Korean hospital

- ➂ Copy of employment certificate
- ➃ Copy of passport
- 2% of your registration fee will be used for the donation activities of CVRF.
- Payment will be made in Korean won (KRW) based on the applicable exchange rate at the venue.

In case of cancellation, refund can be made for those who submit the refund form until the designated date indicated as below.

Prohibition on Badge Swapping, Sharing, or Lending
Each person attending the conference must have their badges bearing their own name in her or his possession at all times while on the premises at which the conference is taking place. SWAPPING, SHARING, OR LENDING ONE’S BADGE TO ANY OTHER PERSON IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Anyone found to be wearing a badge that does not belong to that person will have the badge immediately be charged the full cost of the additional registration. No replacement badges will be provided, and no refunds will be made, in whole or in part, for violating this policy. Violators of this policy (the person to whom the badge was issued, the person found to be in possession of the badge, and where appropriate the company that purchased the badge) may also be banned from attending or participating at any future CVRF event.

The fee for on-site badge changes or reprints is ₩50,000 per change/reprint.
