TCTAP 2026 will be held on April 29 to May 2, 2026, at COEX, Seoul, Korea. Click here to learn more about transportation and location, and program details will be updated on our website soon.

Register on the official website or on-site during the conference. Once you complete the registration, you will get a confirmation email shortly. Details of the conference and check-in process will be delivered to your inbox 2 days before the event. Click here for the early-bird registration!

The slides will be updated on our website in about 24 hours after the event.

The closest airports to COEX are Incheon & Gimpo International Airport. Please see the venue information page to find out more.

Business casual is fine. Refer to the weather in Seoul.

You will receive a registration confirmation email once completing the registration on our website. Please make sure to enter the correct email address when registering and check your spam folder if you haven’t got the email.

If you are the faculty member or presenter of TCTAP 2026, you do not need to register as you will be automatically registered by the secretariat.

As the registration does not come with accommodation, all individuals are required to book a room by themselves at the hotel of their choice. However, to provide convenience to attendees, we are offering a discounted price for a few hotels nearby. Please check the accommodation page.

For non-Koreans who wish to attend the conference, please visit or contact the Korean Embassy or Consulate in their countries for the most current and accurate information regarding the visa/waiver program.

1) Attendee

If you need an invitation letter or a letter addressed to the Korean Embassy to apply for a visa, please check either of the two buttons in the red box when you register online.
Once you complete the registration and payment, the corresponding documents will be sent to your email after the secretariat has reviewed your registration. Additional documents may be requested if deemed necessary.
Please note that your full name, passport number, and address will be included in these documents, along with the purpose and duration of the visit. The visa application process may vary depending on your location, so please contact or visit your local Korean Embassy or Consulate for detailed instructions.

2) Faculty / Presenter

To download the documents, you can visit the faculty/presenter website and go to [Travel Arrangement].
