Kyung Poong Pharma was founded in 1988 as thinking patient very first and conducting research and development for improvement of national health and the quality of life.
Since the time that there is lack of awareness or incidence of ischemic heart disease like angina in 1980, founding members of Kyung Poong pharma were interested in this field and had a will to develop related products. In 1988, founding members established Kyung Poong pharma concentrated on cardiovascular disease.
