TCTAP 2024 will be held on April 25(Thu)-27(Sat), 2024, at Songdo Convensia, Incheon, Korea. Click here to learn more about transportation and location. Program details will be updated on our website soon.

Register on the website or on-site during the conference. Once you complete the registration, you will get a confirmation email shortly. Details of our conference and check-in process will be delivered to your email before the conference. Click here for the early bird registration.

The slides will be updated on our website in about 24 hours after the event.

The closest airport to Songdo Convensia is Incheon International Airport. Please see the the venue information page to find out more.

Business casual is fine. Refer to the weather in Incheon.

If you are the faculty member or presenter of TCTAP 2024, you do not need to register as you will be automatically registered by the secretariat.

As the registration does not come with accommodation, all individuals are required to book a room by themselves at the hotel of their choice. However, to provide convenience to attendees, we are offering a discounted price for a few hotels nearby. Please check the accommodation page.

Due to the frequent changes on travel restrictions and visa-waiver/free program, all attendees are advised to contact the Korean Embassy or Consulate in their countries to check their visa requirement and eligibility for the quarantine.

The registration fee for Online attendance is free.
For Online attendance, contents from the Presentation Room 1 will be live-streaming. Note that online attendance is not eligible for the certificate of attendance.

After you register, visit the TCTAP 2024 website on the date of the conference and stay logged in. Online live-streaming will begin broadcasting at the scheduled time in Korean Standard Time (UTC +9).

First, please cancel your registration for Online Attendance on Check Registration page. Then register again for Offline attendance. There is a registration fee for Offline attendance, so please check the rates here.
