TCTAP 2023 will be held on May 6(Sat)-9(Tue), 2023, at Grand Walkerhill Seoul, Korea. Click here to learn more about transportation and location, and program details will be updated on our website soon.

Register online or on-site during the conference. Once you complete the registration, you will get a confirmation email shortly and details of our conference and check-in process will be delivered to your inbox before the conference.

The slides will be updated on our website in about 24 hours after the event.

If you are the faculty member or presenter of TCTAP 2023, you do not need to register as you will be automatically registered.

As the registration does not come with accommodation, all individuals are required to book a room by themselves at the hotel of their choice. To learn more about the offers, click here.

Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions and changes in visa-waiver/free program, all attendees are advised to contact the Korean Embassy or Consulate in their countries to check their visa requirement and eligibility for the quarantine exemption with submission of a pre-departure PCR test. Information on visa requirements is briefly addressed here on our website.

1) Attendee

On registration, you can specify whether you need documents for visa application as below:

Once you complete the registration, the secretariat will send you the requested documents by e-mail. Both letters include your passport no, full name, and address that you provided on registration.

2) Faculty / Presenter

To download the documents, you can visit the faculty/presenter webiste and go to [Travel Arrangement].

The registration fee for Online attendance is free. Content from Presentation Theater 1 will be live-streamed May 7-8, 2023. Note that online attendance is not eligible for the certificate of attendance.

After you register, log in to watch the content.

On the scheduled broadcast dates, sessions that are scheduled to be online will appear at the official session start time, not earlier. Stay logged in; it will begin broadcasting on schedule. Sessions are scheduled in Korean Standard Time (UTC +9).

First, please cancel your registration for Online Attendance on the ‘Check Registration’ page. Then register again for In-person attendance(Offline Attendance).
