Registration cancellations received prior to April 5, 2013 may be eligible to receive a refund with 15% deduction of administration fee.
Cancellations received after April 5, 2013 will not be eligible for a refund.

The full registration fee

An applicant for advance registration should send the registration fee and registration form to the Secretariat by April 5, 2013. If you have not completed the registration fee in advance, on-site registration fee will apply.
