Letter of Invitation

On request, the CVRF is pleased to send an invitation for participation in the 17th ANGIOPLASTY SUMMIT-TCTAP 2012. Such an invitation is not a commitment on the part of the CardioVascular Research Foundation to provide any financial support, nor is it a guarantee of the acceptance of an abstract, nor a guarantee that the consulate will issue the visa.

Without special request, we send you the invitation letter by e-mail within 1 week after the receipt of the registration fee. As the document required for visa approval depends on the embassy of the republic of Korea’s policy and condition in each country, you might be requested to present the original invitation letter sent by post. You are strongly recommended to check the visa process to the local Embassy at first hand. Even after you complete your payment for registration, visa withdrawal does not guarantee the refunds if the refund request received after April 06, 2012.

While we are pleased to provide documentation of your registration to attend our meeting, visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the consular officer. Letters of invitation are sent to only those individuals who are registered to attend at the 17th ANGIOPLASTY SUMMIT-TCTAP 2012 and whose payment has been verified.
