| Display Guidelines |

Poster presenters are responsible for setting up their posters 1 hour before display time and removing them 1 hour after the display time. However, CVRF does not guarantee that all posters that will be taken down after the display time. |

All presenters will not be allowed to remove posters before the session ends. |
| • |
Each poster is required to be placed on the numbered board assigned to each poster presenter. |
| • |
To affix their posters, pushpins will be provided to all poster presenters when they arrive at Abstract Zone (B3). No tapes, stickers, or glues are needed. |
| • |
Posters left behind after the removal time will be discarded without notice. |
| • |
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your poster if it is not dismantled by the removal time. |

| Poster Information |

Each presenter is expected to be at their Poster during the Q & A session on their scheduled time. Attendees have the expectation of access to authors of all posters during this session. |

The three poster abstracts of each session will be the winner selected by voting on-site and will be provided a small gift. |

| Poster Board Size |

The poster should fit within the dimensions. The poster board surface for each abstract will be 600mm in width and 840mm in height. (A1 size) |
| • |
They consist of three parts,
(1) Poster No. (The top left-hand corner of the board by 15 cm x 10 cm)
(2) Title, Author(s), and Institute(s)
(3) Text |

The poster abstract numbers will be provided by secretariat only. Please refer to figure below.
